Chicken Wings



  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl to make rub
  3. Line baking sheet with foil for catching drippings. Place wire rack (optionally greased) on baking sheet.
  4. Place wings in a bowl and drizzle with oil (canola)
  5. Rub wings with mixture and spread out on rack
  6. Bake wings for 45-50 min


Chicken thighs are also good with this recipe. For 6-8 thighs, 1.5x or 2x recipe for the rub works well with 1hr bake time.
