Banana Bars



  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Grease the bottom of a 10.5 x 15.5 inch jelly roll pan
  3. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the jelly roll pan. Bake 25 min.
  5. For the frosting, combine the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  6. Frost the bars when they have cooled.
  7. Store in refrigerator
