Erickson Chili

Ingredients
- 1# - Hamburger (cooked)
- ½# - Large Elbow Macaroni (cooked and drained)
- 2 - Large bottles or cans of Tomato Juice
- 1 or 2 - Cans of Kidney Beans (light or dark)
- 1 or 2 - Cans of Diced Tomatoes (plain)
- Chili Powder
- (Shredded Cheddar and Sour Cream)
Directions
- Put 1-1/2 bottles of Tomato Juice in stock pot, then add cooked Macaroni and Hamburger along with Beans and Tomatoes.
- Add Chili Powder to taste while cooking. (You can always add more Chili Powder to your bowl after dishing it up.)
- Cook until it thickens. If too thick, add more Tomato Juice.
- Serve in bowls with Shredded Cheddar and a dollop of Sour Cream on top.
