Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Make a well in center of the dry ingredients and add the oil and water
  3. Stril well from the bottom up until all dry ingredients are mixed
  4. Knead dough for 1-2 minutes on floured surface until dough is smooth
  5. Divide into 16 equal portions and turn each piece to coat with flour. Form into a ball and flatten with hand
  6. Cover flattened balls of dough with kitchen towel or plastic wrap and allow to rest for 15 min
  7. Roll each ball into 6-7 inch circles on lightly floured surface
  8. Cook!
