  1. Heat the oven to 375F. Butter a medium casserole dish and set aside
  2. Pumpkin
  3. In large bowl, whisk pumpkin, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla
  4. Whisk in heavy cream until smooth and pour into casserole dish
  5. Streusel
  6. In medium bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter and stir with fork until crumbly
  7. Spread streusel topping on top of pumpkin layer
  8. Bake until filling is set and top if golden brown (40-45 min)
