Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons milk (as needed)
- 1 cup slightly softened butter (between room temp. and out of the fridge)
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Add butter and vanilla to mixing bowl
- Mix for 2 minutes on medium-speed
- Sift 4 cups powdered sugar with a sifter or fork
- Add 4 cups of powdered sugar gradually while mixing bowl is on low setting
- Once sugar and butter mixture are combined, put mixer on medium speed for 1 minute until light and fluffy
- If frosting is too thick, dry, or crusty, then add a teaspoon of milk
- Frost and place in fridge to set. Enjoy!
