Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 6 Tbsp honey
- 4 chicken breasts
- 16 oz red potatoes
- 20 oz broccoli
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Mince garlic and combine with olive oil, basil, salt, oregano, dijon mustard, and honey
- Separate in half
- Add 1/2 of sauce to chicken breasts and marinate for 2 hours
- Clean and slice potatoes
- Add 1 Tbsp oil, dash of salt, and 1/4 remaining sauce. Toss in potatoes
- Lay potatoes on 1/2 foil-lined cookie sheet and lay chicken breasts over potatoes
- Put broccoli on the other half of the cookie sheet and drizzle remaining sauce on
- Bake for 35 minutes
