Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Mince garlic and combine with olive oil, basil, salt, oregano, dijon mustard, and honey
  3. Separate in half
  4. Add 1/2 of sauce to chicken breasts and marinate for 2 hours
  5. Clean and slice potatoes
  6. Add 1 Tbsp oil, dash of salt, and 1/4 remaining sauce. Toss in potatoes
  7. Lay potatoes on 1/2 foil-lined cookie sheet and lay chicken breasts over potatoes
  8. Put broccoli on the other half of the cookie sheet and drizzle remaining sauce on
  9. Bake for 35 minutes
