Beans & Kraut
Ingredients
- Can of red beans (~16oz)
- Olive oil (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- Garlic (to taste)
- Sauerkraut (to taste)
Directions
- Rinse and drain beans
- Cover beans with water in a pot. Boil for 2 minutes
- Drain the beans
- Drizzle olive oil to taste
- Add paprika, garlic, and kraut
Notes
A dollop of garlic sauce works well too. TODO: try with some dill
