  1. Add the oil, butter, and onion to a pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes
  3. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, and orzo.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often
  5. Stir in broth and cream
  6. Once bubbling, reduce heat and continue cooking for 10 min uncovered stirring often
  7. Turn off heat
  8. stir in parmesan and spinach
  9. cover for 3-5 min until thickened
  10. Season with salt and pepper
