Crêpes

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions
- Whisk flour and eggs together
- Gradually add in milk and water
- Add salt and melted butter
- Stir until combined
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto frying pan at medium heat
- Use spoon to spread batter thin in frying pan while cooking
- Evenly cool through and flip with spatula
- Serve with your choice of spread (Nutella, jams, or soft cheese)
- Add toppings (berries, nuts, or veggies,)
- Enjoy your SWEET or SAVORY crêpe!
