Blackened Red Snapper
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Dash of red cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 8oz red snapper fillets
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl
- Brush olive oil on whole fish
- Season whole fish with dry mix
- Heat pan with oil on medium high heat
- Cook fish in pan until flaky
Notes
There's a large excess of rub. Can likely get away with 1/2 proportions
