Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 2-2 1/3 cups of bread flour or all purpose flour
- 1 packet of instant yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder and/or drived basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
Directions
- Combine 1 cup of flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add garlic powder and dried basil.
- Add olive oil and warm water and use a wooden spoon to stir
- Gradually add another 1 cup flour and any other flour as needed
- Stir until the dough forms until a elastic ball. Should be sticky but manageable
- Drizzle separate bowl with olive oil and use brush to get it on the sides of the bowl
- Dust your hands with flour and form into a round ball and transfer to oil-brushed bowl
- Coat the dough ball in oil and place it in a warm place
- Allow dough to rise for 30 min or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 425F
- Use hands to deflate once it has risen and knead until smooth
- Roll into 12" circle with rolling pin
- Transfer to parchment paper lined pizza pan and pinch the edges of the crust
- Drizzle some olive oil on top of pizza and use brush to spread
- Use form to poke holes in center of pizza. Add toppings
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown
