Granola

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tahini or nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp oil of your choice (melted coconut, canola, or melted butter)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 nuts/seeds of your choice
- 1/4 cup flax (optional)
- Dried fruit (optional)
Directions
- Heat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix together tahini/nut butter, honey, oil, cinnamon, and salt
- Add oats, nuts/seeds, and flax
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes
- Stir in pan every 10 minutes while baking
- Add dried fruit after it is baked (optional)
- Enjoy!
