Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 64 oz chicken broth
- 1 14oz can vegetable broth
- 1/2 an onion chopped
- 2 long sticks of celery chopped
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- ~1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions
- Simmer onion and celery in butter until tender
- Add other ingredients. Season to taste
- Bring to boil and simmer 20min
