Sweet Potato and Pecan Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 - 1/2# cans Sweet Potatos (Natures Pride)
- 1/4 # Softened butter (chunk unsalted)
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/3 C Whole Milk
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Topping:
- 2 Oz Butter (melted)
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1 C Chopped and Toasted Pecans (350 10-15 Min with butter or pam)
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Beat in butter, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla & cinnamon. Spoon into baking dish (ungreased)
- For Topping
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and flour. Add pecans. Spoon over the top (crumble)
- Bake 35-40 minutes. If browning but not done yet, cover.
