Sweet Potato and Pecan Casserole

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Beat in butter, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla & cinnamon. Spoon into baking dish (ungreased)
  3. For Topping
  4. Mix butter, brown sugar, and flour. Add pecans. Spoon over the top (crumble)
  5. Bake 35-40 minutes. If browning but not done yet, cover.
