Chipotle Guac
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tbsp red onion chopped (more?)
- 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped (less?)
- 1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 tsp jalapeño finely chopped (more?)
- 1/4 tsp salt (less?)
- probably chips

Proportions are a work in progress and have room for improvement. An under-ripe avocado will make a grainy mix.
