Hannah's Brownies

Ingredients
- 4 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate
- 1 stick of butter, unsalted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Sprinkles and/or powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt your butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring consistently until no visible lumps remain. Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate/butter mixture to your sugar and mix to combine.
- Add your flour, salt, and vanilla and mix. If using pecans, add those too.
- Add your eggs one at a time, stirring in between each addition.
- Butter the bottom and sides of an 8x8 glass baking dish and pour your mixture into the dish. Make sure it's level!
- Sprinkle your sprinkles on top if using them!
- Bake for 20-30 min.
- Let cool and sprinkle your powdered sugar on top
