Greek Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp coarse or kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 lbs bone-in/skin-on chicken thighs
Directions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine thoroughly.
- Add chicken. Turn to coat well.
- Seal and refrigerate chicken for 12-24 hr
- Bake in oven for 40 min at 425 F
