Directions

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  2. Add chicken. Turn to coat well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate chicken for 12-24 hr
  4. Bake in oven for 40 min at 425 F
