Cream Cheese Pie

  1. Blend cream cheese and condensed milk with mixer.
  2. Blend in vanilla and lemon juice.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Refrigerate for several hours.
  5. Serve with your favorite pie filling on top.
  6. Enjoy!


If I have an extra cream cheese on hand, I add 3 oz more for a firmer pie
